You should check the manual out. But i heard the MP3 can not get music from iTunes because it is not a apple. If you have a chance i would recommend you look at the manual or try these steps. If you have any USB wires that came with your MP3 I would plug those into your computer and log onto iTunes. After you log onto iTunes, go to download music onto MP3/iPOD and you should be able to get itunes music mp3 playerdo it there. If none of this works you could email iTunes or call to ask a question. But im sure you could download with the USB wires. I tried this, and it worked with my MP3. And iPOD Touch. I hope it works with yours to. Hope this helps! :)

I just recently bought an ipod video and I'm trying to put music videos on it, I finally figured out how to do it but the problem is the video plays but the sound doesnt. I was able to find out that the ipod only plays certain formats. All the videos I've tried to put on it seem to be a mpeg1 multiplex and that doesnt work with the ipod video. I'm trying to avoid paying for the videos, any suggestions on how I can fix the format problem or know where I can download free videos/movies/tv shows compatible witfree music videos on ipodh my ipod.
