You cant download "BLUETOOTH", you will have to buy a bluetooth dongle for your pc if you dont have one and install it in your computer. the required software usudownload bluetooth for pc mobile phoneally comes with the dongle. Or if you are having a dongle, or a bluetooth device, then you will search for bluetooth software by specifying its make and model.
I would rather suggest you to use USB connectivity it works faster than Bluetooth . You must be having the required sodownload bluetooth for pc mobile phoneftware( in case of nokia its called as a pc suite) which you need to sync your mobile to ur pc .That u got with your phone or it can be easily downloaded from that company website .

You can't download bluetooth, you need a computer that has bluetooth.
